Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website operated by UNOZ. By placing an order on our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Product Information We do our best to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In case of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly or to cancel the order.

  2. Prices and Payments All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website. They include applicable taxes but exclude shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  3. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — it simply acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion, including in cases of fraud, product unavailability, or payment issues.

  4. Shipping and Delivery All orders are processed within 48 hours (business days only). Delivery times vary by destination and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Shipping is free worldwide, but customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  5. Returns and Refunds You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain products are non-returnable (see our Refund Policy). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

  6. Risk and Ownership Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping confirmation.

  7. Errors and Inaccuracies We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to cancel any orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  8. Force Majeure UNOZ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or interruptions in supply chains or services.

  9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale and any transactions conducted through our site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America.
